I established and maintained the hospital's brand voice, collaborating with some of the world's leading heart surgeons and other medical staff to develop customer-facing content for the launch of the hospital's new website. I worked closely with doctors and medical specialists to capture their unique voice, converting complex procedures and dense medical information into personalized, user-friendly copy for all patients.

Coordinating with marketing and design teams, I wrote and edited copy for all SF Symphony programs, including radio and TV ad spots. I pitched and wrote ads that appeared in The New Yorker, C Magazine, and the Bay Area Newsgroup. Additionally, I worked with the creative services team to refine and maintain the Symphony’s brand voice across all materials, including the Symphony’s blog, newsletter, and members' magazine.

I worked with all museum departments (including curatorial, marketing, development, education, programming, retail, and administration) to establish and maintain the unique brand voice of the Asian Art Museum. I was also managing editor of the museum’s quarterly members’ magazine (distributed to more than 30,000 members). This involved collaborating with all museum departments to develop and maintain a strict production schedule, while also writing and editing the wide-ranging content in each issue. Additionally, I coordinated with freelance photographers and copyeditors, and worked with the Art Director to oversee the design of each issue, while also coordinating with print companies to ensure prompt printing and delivery of the completed magazine. The campaign I led in the second to last issue I worked on brought in several hundred new members and over $70,000 in additional contributions. I was also responsible for the marketing campaigns behind special exhibitions and monthly events (including web copy, ad copy, and ad inserts for the BayArea Newsgroup). In addition to my creative contributions, I instituted a new editorial process that helped creative services meet deadlines on museum-wide projects.
