Thanks for taking the time to read my profile.I have worked for swcomms since April 2000, starting out as Sales Manager, overseeing the networks division, then moving to become Head of Channel followed by Head of Cloud & Connectivity in line with changes in technology and the business’s ever-growing portfolio.Today, my role is Head of Business Development and Training. This harnesses my experience and passion for data and voice networks and cloud deployments enabling me to spearhead and drive growth within the organisation. My strategic aim is to expand both our customer footprint across the south of England and Wales while ensuring we penetrate our existing customer base leveraging 35 years of outstanding service.My main daily focus is to generate new sales opportunities across all business verticals. To achieve this, I oversee and empower our in-house business development team and marketing teams, external suppliers and relationships, and every company’s key asset, our staff. With extensive experience in the cloud and communications areas, I lead the training programme that keeps our staff, and therefore our customers, in touch with a rapidly evolving market.From internet connectivity and data networks to data centre hosting and cyber security; from Office 365 and IT support to telephone systems and migration to SIP and much more; we can help.
