I currently serve as U.S. Assistant General Counsel at the National Science Foundation, where I lead legal strategies for the formation and administration of FAR-based procurement and non-procurement contracts (e.g., OTAs) at the intersection of science, technology, and society. My role encompasses a broad range of science and technology policy and legal contracting issues, including emerging technology, information and research security, intellectual property, international compliance, and transactional diffusion techniques. Previously, I served as a Senior Contracts & Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Labor, where I litigated and advised on high-stakes contracting, technology, infrastructure, and compliance issues. Before that, I supported Fortune 500 companies at Nixon Peabody LLP with government contracting, technology transactions, and litigation.
