• Hired and managed team of two, consisting of a Marketing Coordinator and Concierge/Dealer Outreach Representative. Key focus on growing car dealership buyer/attendance base at the auction with targeted marketing initiatives, email sends, and call campaigns using Salesforce/CRM software.• Managed and implemented bi-yearly “Market Sales Blitz” to drive new business to auction. Working closely with Field Sales Manager and Regional Sales Director to create custom sales collateral, leave behinds, and targeted dealer prospect list.• Committee chairperson in a Change Management initiative at the auction, and developed employee engagement piece that was implemented throughout the location. Engagement piece included communication roll-out plan, and custom designed giveaways for employees.• Developed and implemented weekly sales report that was used by upper leadership at auction to track auction performance and adopted at 11 other Manheim locations in the Northeast.

• Sales managing for two accounts (Sheetz, Amazon.com). Grew sales at Sheetz 30% within the first year of taking over the account with additional product authorizations and distribution. Launched Turkey Hill Organic Teas on Amazon.com with sales growing double digits. First Turkey Hill product sold online in company history.• Developed/managed yearly trade show strategy and budget of $300K+ including post show ROI, lead generation/follow-up, booth staffing, show logistics, and booth design. In this position I was able to work directly with the Consumer Marketing Team, Product Marketing Manager, Marketing Research Manager, and our Sales Department. I was engaged in many facets of a growing company from package design, to sales collateral/POS design/implementation, primary & secondary research methods, trade show planning & coordinating, grassroots marketing efforts, PR, and sales. I helped expand brand presence and authorizations into Metro NY and New England, where we gained significant market share over my first two summers with the company. I utilized my design background to create product guides, selling sheets, in-store POS, packaging, B-B website, and trade booth displays.

My fun after work and weekend part-time job. I was able to work with my close friend and manage a smaller brewery operation (7 BBL System). Responsibilities included recipe formulating, yeast cultivating, brewing, beer transferring, grain milling, line cleaning, routine maintenance, and beer "taste testing".
