Produced customized agenda books for approximately 45,000 different schools across US and Canada. Purchased high volume components from large web press and offshore suppliers. Responsible for a $40 million dollar annual print spend. Oversaw daily operations at 14 independently held Print Partner assembly plants and 2 fulfillment distribution centers.
