As Chief Operating Officer at Ontel, I oversee the daily operations, business development, and customer relations of a firm specifically founded and designed to help companies in this space. I am committed to innovation, excellence, and customer satisfaction.In my current role, I have led the successful launch of several new service offerings while continuing to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of our core services. I am closely involved with the design and development of our internal & external software solutions, as well as our growth in the realm of AI and automation. I also forge and manage our relationships with major carriers, which involves the deployment of our Closeout Support and Real-Time Quality Assurance services across thousands of sites nationwide annually. It is my responsibility to establish and maintain strong connections with key stakeholders, including carriers, general contractors, vendors, and regulators, and help to ensure our ongoing compliance with (and contribution to) industry standards and best practices.The most important thing to me is providing exceptional results to the companies we work with, and seeing clients improve their operational efficiency and performance as a result of our support.
