Human Resources Generalist
Serve as sole, remote, Human Resources Generalist for organization in the healthcare industry with 250-300 employees located in multiple states. Onboard, including background check, I-9, W2, ADP Workforce setup, PTO Accruals, COVID vaccination documentation, clinical site-specific documents, and all other required paperwork, all clinical new hires and support all corporate hires with a goal of 35-40 hires per month. Manage and recruit telehealth technicians in four states to support clinical staff, oversee all employee relations, partner with Regional Directors to ensure the highest level of service to clinicians and patients. Complete large-scale project for Recruiting team consolidating over 64,000 clinical leads from four different states into two comprehensive Excel spreadsheets organized by state and county.
