• Created and implemented a brand new development strategy for the MBA and Executive MBA Programs through the use of data analytics and donor networking. • Informed and educated development colleagues on the MBA and Executive MBA development strategies and produced internal and external development documents to aid in this education.• Responsible for the deployment and development training of the Dean of the MBA Program. Traveled extensively together throughout the United States and Europe engaging alumni in strategic cities thereby creating a network of MBA and Executive MBA Alumni volunteers and new donors.• Developed and implemented the planning and execution of small, focused cultivation and stewardship events and worked closely with the alumni relations team on broader scale events and discussions.• Worked closely with the MBA Dean in the management of the newly created MBA Alumni Advisory Council while also working closely with members of the McDonough School of Business Board of Advisors and presenting information at each Board meeting.• Assumed responsibility for the development strategy of Georgetown’s Women’s Leadership Institute and Georgetown’s Entrepreneurship Initiative. Notable projects include collections for Michael Jackson, Cher, Barbra Streisand, The Kennedy Family Homes, Bill Blass, Johnny and June Carter Cash, Geoffrey Beene, Versace, Kathryn Hepburn, Laurance Rockefeller as well as special projects for Mrs. Reagan and the Presidential Reagan Library, Vera Wang and Lulu Guinness.
