I have a long background in ISO9001 Quality Management Systems incorporating the motor vehicle industry standards, continuous improvement throughout the various iterations, including Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Business Process Improvement to name a few.I joined the Fuji Xerox team back in 2006 at HPA (Hermes Precisa P/L) at Edwardstown SA with the primary role(s) of quality officer, site HSR, accs payables & receivables, data entry, reception and general admin. Since then I moved into the role of Quality Manager for SA over 2 sites when the business was acquired by Salmat in 2007. The business moved to the one site at Torrensville under the banner of Fuji Xerox Document Management Systems. I progressed to Quality and Improvements, service, standards and compliance manager in 2015 managing the service desk and the quality and IT security compliance for the South Australian Land Information System (SAILIS) platform contract with the SA Government (now privately owned by Land Services SA).I was able to secure a short term position during Covid with the quality team at Detmold Medical learning and assisting with the implementation of the ISO 13845 medical device quality management system in the manufacturing of level 3 surgical masks and D95 P2 Surgical Respirator Masks.I am now full time as Compliance Manager with operational support and administration for Super Suction SA, a family owned and run fast growing business in Seaford South Australia. I co-developed and now maintain the company's Integrated Management System (ISO9001, ISO45001 & ISO14001) which was certified and have been running successfully for 2 years.I hold a diploma of Quality Auditing, Certificate IV in Frontline Management, Certificate IV in HR and Certificate IV WHS.
