Oversee the implementation and expansion of JA programs (K-12, JA BizTown and JA Finance Park) to ensure exceptional quality and proper execution of all program models. Manage the recruiting, training and evaluating of staff. Create and implement yearly targeted school marketing efforts. Manage combined yearly program budget of $1.3M. Responsible for creating Education team’s Strategic Plan in conjunction with board and Executive team goals.
