Oversight of cross-departmental projects impacting Medicare Advantage Star Quality Ratings.While Manager of Medicare Five Star Program for the past 8 years, and Chair of our Five Star Quality Rating Committee, Network Health's PPO Plan achieved and continues to maintain a 4.5 Star Rating for 5 consecutive years. Over sight of the Star Quality program, includes facilitating risk assessments of functional areas and driving process improvement strategies and interventions to impact Network Health's Star rating.As Chair of our integrated Five Star Quality Rating Committee, strategic planning and operational initiatives are incorporated into daily work flow processes effecting the Medicare Advantage Five Star Quality Ratings. Oversight and management of this program includes development and deployment of Star Rating predictability models to forecast future Star Quality Rating Performance, as well as implementation and coordination of process improvement strategies.

Network Heatth

Research Medicare/Medicare Advantage federal regulations and communicate federal regulation changes to internal and external parties. Develop cross departmental auditing protocols. Collaborate with appropriate entities to address identified opportunities for improvement.Review,edit and develop policies and procedures addressing federally required functions and processes.

Affinity Occupational Health

Manage Department of Transportation Controlled Substance Testing Quality Programs. Oversee federally mandated audits and inspections. Develop Quality controlsSupport and maintain multiple systems used to monitor quality and integrity of testing protocols and process flows.
