I have had the privilege of teaching children and helping to shape their lives. I have been able to work with children in grades 1-8 and have enjoyed all levels. It has been a goal of mine to meet the needs of all my students and be a positive role model in their lives. I enjoy the challenge of finding the best way to reach a student. Students with special gifts and talents as well as the student that has difficulties with learning are all a welcomed challenge to me. Having a Montessori background, a reading specialty, Wilson training, and a traditional teaching degree have all been helpful tools in meeting my goal of being a teacher that makes a difference.
