In my work, I focus primarily on education (early childhood through postsecondary) and workforce development policy. My interests include aligning the educational system with workforce needs, innovation in the public sector, and equity in student and adult outcomes. I have conducted mixed-method evaluations of workforce development initiatives in multiple states, provided strategic consulting to public-private partnerships, and developed unique products. Many of these projects have required complex coordination and creative problem-solving in the face of changing environments. At national and state conferences, I have presented on study findings and how to build strong collaborations, among other topics. As COO, I also supervise research staff and contribute to promoting excellence and a positive work culture.
