I am an attorney in the business transactions practices group at Lathrop GPM. My practice encompasses the full spectrum of the business life cycle - from conception to growth to sale. My practice focuses on general corporate and business representation, transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance and formation and structuring of business entities and relationships. My skills include drafting, executing and administration of documentation as it relates to each of these areas.Prior to moving to Kansas City and joining Lathrop GPM, I spent a few years on Wall Street. During law school, I interned at the New York Stock Exchange where I analyzed the potential acquisition of the American Stock Exchange by the NYSE. Prior to law school, I managed the relationships of some of JP Morgan's top institutional clients utilizing the bank's soft dollar product and provided trade support to the synthetic equities trading desk at Deutsche Bank.
