I am a Mental Performance Coach dedicated to helping those I have the privilege to work with develop the mental skills needed to become the best version of themselves on and off the field. As a former college golfer and former College Golf Coach, I learned the power of intentional mental training and the impact it has on all aspects of our lives. I am passionate about coaching and doing whatever I can to instill in my players a belief in themselves, and the understanding that their value comes from who they are not what they do; their identity and self-worth go far beyond the sport that they play. I live by the mission to love, guide, inspire, and strive to "leave it better" wherever I go. The journey we take on the path to our dreams won't always be easy, but it will be worth it.
