In my 20+ years of Event Management experience I’ve worked on a wide range of events from local fundraisers to large scale, companywide projects at 260+ locations. I’m proud to say I was part of a team that raised $30 million annually for national nonprofits as well as thousands of local community organizations and schools. I have project management skills that include negotiating contracts, campaign concept, advertising, website creation and maintenance, planning, purchasing, collaboration between corporate, store teams and customers, communication and event execution. Event Management in the retail environment translates to being flexible, reacting to current events and developing new ideas to attract the customer. As an Event Manager I am ready for anything. Giving back to the community truly was a rewarding job, I feel so fortunate to have been in that position and to learn about so many charities and help them grow their missions. I am ready for new opportunities and new challenges whether that means through a corporate foundation or in project management role for another industry.
