• Assists the Field Leadership team in recruiting by accurately maintaining and processing the administrative aspects of the recruitment processes• Creates requisitions in the applicant tracking system and distribute job postings to the appropriate hiring channels• Creates offer letters, initiate the background check process, and drive the recruitment process to completion for selected candidates• Tracks, monitors and reports on the status of all open requisitions and candidates that are in process• Coordinates with Field Leadership team for on-boarding and new hire processes• Ensures accurate and timely processing in the relevant system of record, including retrieval of signed documents and archiving in the appropriate location• Provides prompt and courteous service to customers, internal and external.

Collect and maintain all Child and Adult Care Food Program documentation from child care centers. Review, audit and analyze documentation for accuracy and completeness. Use data to compile billing reports for monthly Child and Adult Care Food Program reimbursements. Provide support and communication assistance to centers via telephone and e-mail.
