Third-Party Management Program / Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption As a member and team leader of various Third Party Program projects, I have managed software providers to prepare and deliver demos to key stakeholders and decision makers. I have prepared and managed the test script process to assist in the facilitation for a usability walk-through with employees. The majority of my experience is in the development, deployment, and daily operational management of program processes and procedures.Acting as an Operations Manager, I have overseen the quick and efficient processing of new third parties. I have worked closely with members of legal and compliance teams and managed multiple external service providers. I have led the development of new ways to expedite and simplify the current state processes and owned the on-boarding process. I have produced custom reports for users and have led weekly team meetings with external service providers and managed the reporting required.I have led and managed the collection and standardization of data from various disparate systems, and owned the subsequent system upload and validation of vendor/customer data. In this capacity, I acted as liaison with external technology providers to manage all related tasks and execute in a timely and efficient manner. I have also created and deployed various in-depth trainings, to both internal colleagues and the client, as well as managed the work load and transition process of the employees who would be taking over our team’s responsibilities. I have developed unique training methods and materials to help facilitate learning for all levels of client employee, from analyst to senior compliance officers.

As the Strategic Resource Manager for the Business Applications practice, I manage the strategic staffing of over 200 professionals, including about 30 offshore professionals located in our Bangalore office. My primary focus is on driving utilization across my pillars, while meeting the career and performance goals of my individual team members, the practice, and the firm.
