Work as a member of several clinical study teams as a clinical scientist in early phase Oncology clinical development. Contribute to clinical trial start-up through protocol development. Support operations/management of ongoing trials. Contribute to clinical trial close-out through data analysis and writing portions of clinical study reports. As a member of the Biomarker team contribute to the identification/qualification/validation/implementation of predictive, pharmacodynamic (PD) and toxicity biomarkers in experimental medicine and clinical trials. As a member of the Biomarker team research innovative technologies/strategies and CROs and collaborations to advance these strategies in our clinical trials. Perform medical literature review, clinical trial research and competitor assessments to aid in target identification for novel compounds in cancer metabolism and signal transduction.

Pharmacogenetics, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) through clinical and laboratory work in Phase I, Phase II and retrospective clinical trials in the areas of HCV, NASH, HIV and genotypic/phenotypic studies on CYP P450s.Also served as a clinical research coordinator. Wrote and maintained clinical protocols, headed recruitment, enrollment, and coordinating of research subjects. Presented data at clinical meetings, and authoring manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals.
