Currently, I serve as an Associate Experience Specialist in the Human Resources Department at Kimball Midwest where I am responsible for discipline, terminations and resignations, investigations, and employee engagement. My goal is to provide an engaging and supportive environment for all associates. Previously, I worked as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer at Kimball Midwest where I partnered with the CFO to complete administrative tasks, coordinated activities across the Finance Senior Leadership Team to ensure seamless business continuity and operational stability and identified gaps in Finance process to help drive change. Additional prior work experience includes full cycle healthcare recruiting for contract positions in facilities and hospitals across Ohio as well as recruiting in the aerospace industry for both manufacturing and internal positions within the organization. Through these roles, I was able to develop knowledge in human resources, client/candidate relations, and recruiting techniques. I am a graduate of Penn State's class of 2021 with a bachelor's degree in Health Policy and Administration.
