I am an experienced Operations Manager, Project Manager and Senior Executive Recruiter with a demonstrated history of working across multiple industries from health & wellness to technology, finance and economic litigation consulting. I'm operationally focused and have extensive experience working with start-up companies building out infrastructure from the ground up including operational procedures, staffing and training, as well as sales contributing to the successful growth of multiple companies. Working most of my career in the start-up sector has given me the opportunity to see every facet of the business - the good, the bad, the right and the wrong. I am used to working with limited resources to efficiently and effectively grow a business. One of my biggest strengths is building genuine and long lasting relationships with colleagues and clients.
