Responsible for re-structuring of the option department while continuing project management duties through model complex completion. Duties included the hiring and training of department personnel (7) and overall development of the company option program and project books.

I was hired as a Project Manager to complete a custom production tract of five phases.Thereafter, my responsibilities included a new luxury single-family tract from project conception, plan development, design and construction. The position required coordination with all pertinent city agencies, architects, interior design firms, site superintendent, subcontractors and sales and marketing personnel from Model Complex through Phase 1.

Initially hired as in-field support to Design Coordinator on luxury single-family project. Promoted to Design Coordinator. Managed design center program and met with clients for options, implemented change orders and oversaw installation. Promoted to Project Manager for luxury single family tract. Subsequently became Director of Construction. Responsible for field and customer service personnel, as well as client interface and satisfaction through construction and sale.

Custom home builder and residential renovations.Duties included all business and office operations, including but not limited to, new business, client proposals, construction progress reports and disbursement draws and company staffing.

My position included being the licensed general contractor for the company specializing in luxury single-family residences for speculation and client build. Duties included property searches, architectural plan development, construction estimates/bids for financial institutions,submittal, interior design decisions and implementation and the ultimate sale or turnover to client of the completed project. My position included the hiring of field and office staff as well as all interface with city agencies. Simultaneously, I was Vice President for a partner development firm. The company’s role was to provide a “womb to tomb” experience for our clientele. This experience included a full real estate office with broker and staff, an architectural division for blueprint development, an interior design division, construction division (above) and subsequent marketing. My role included work in all divisions with personal and field staff.
