Continually revised the program to improve over time, with multiple phases launched. - Oversaw statistically significant improvements within the first year, including reductions in the Timeliness of Care metrics ranging from 16% to 33% decrease in turn-around-times and length of stay. Other measurable successes include a 29% reduction in ED patients leaving Against Medical Advice and an 18% reduction in Admit Decision to ED Departure times in 2018.
