Colleen also has strong state level ties from her years lobbying the Illinois State Legislature.Later, at ICFI, an international consulting firm in Washington DC, Colleen managed multi-million dollar communications accounts for state, federal and private-sector clients. She also held the position of Director of Communications for a national non-profit workforce development association.
