- Hattiesburg Clinic is the largest physician owned and directed multi-specialty group practice in Mississippi, with nearly 250 physicians on staff.- Managed two physician specific recruitment databases, Practice Match and Practice Link, to effectively source prospective physician candidates for clinic practice opportunities. Marketed all clinic physician job opportunities, researched candidates and developed new sourcing strategies to inform physicians about Hattiesburg Clinic. Wrote and researched effective broadcast e-mails to physicians with video and hyperlinks; monitored the subsequent analytics. - Discussed practice opportunities with prospective physicians.- Researched, wrote, and documented requested information from the Mississippi State Department on behalf of prospective clinic physicians in need of a J-1 VISA waiver.- Actively participated in Hattiesburg Clinic programs, such as PRIDE, the organization’s customer service initiative, and the clinic’s Employee Rewards and Recognition Committee. Report, wrote and edited daily news stories for broadcast.
