Actively participates and provides inputs in the creation of compensation plans.• Assists Regional Managers and Sales Reps with semi-monthly payroll issue resolution and Sales compensation disputes. • Leads and directs the annual compensation plan updates including territory / region realignment, quota, rates, new hires, terminations, new plan implementation and testing. • Leads and directs sales bonus report development and testing. • Sales compensation process owner, development, and maintenance of process documentations. • Develops techniques for compiling, preparing and presenting sales compensation data. • Work with IT and Xactly to ensure that the Xactly system meets compensation needs and is updated to reflect changes to compensation structure, bonus programs etc.
