• Researching into new business opportunities/frameworks/projects within our industry• Complete tender searches• Registering the company’s interest in tendering for work• Collate information for and complete PQQ’s (Pre-Qualification Questionnaire) and ITT’s (Instructions to Tender) etc. in a timely manner and to the quality expected• Effectively manage and update the database to track the status of all bids and quotations• General administration as required• Checking drafts for readability, sentence structure, formatting, grammar, spelling and punctuation• Ensuring the timely submission of tenders and other proposals• Developing and maintaining a library of tender document templates

My responsibilities within QMAC include the following: * Meeting and greeting clients* Keeping the reception area tidy* Answering and forwarding phone calls on a busy switchboard* Screening incoming phone calls and passing on messages* Dealing with telephone and email enquiries* sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post* Preparation of tender and pqq documents* Organising delivery of all tenders and pre-qualification questionnaires* Creating and maintaining filing systems* Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment* Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information* Photocopying and printing various documents
