In this role I confirmed and researched information concerning pension benefits for participants. I made 50-100 calls a day, both outbound and inbound. I also completed background checks for clients.

I have worked for Chartwells, which is the company that runs the cafeteria at my school, since I first began attending the University of Mary. My duties included cleaning, prepping food, washing dishes, working the grill, working the till, balancing the bank, and swiping students into the cafeteria. When the school opened the new cafeteria last semester, I also began working as a barista. My duties included balancing the bank, working the till, making beverages, cleaning, washing dishes, and providing excellent customer service. While working for Blend, I also received professional Forbes hospitality training.
