Colleen provides advice and counsel to some of the nation's largest health systems, individual medical practices, health care service organizations and health care joint ventures (and other collaborative efforts) between hospitals and physicians. She regularly counsels clients on a national basis regarding a variety of health care issues, including mergers and acquisitions, health care reform, fraud and abuse and regulatory and corporate compliance. Colleen was named to the 2021 Indiana Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40”’list. She was selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2019 -2021. She has been named in the Indiana Super Lawyers Rising Stars for several years and has been listed as a "Rising Star" in the "Top Healthcare Transaction Lawyers" by the Ambulatory M&A Advisor. Colleen was also the recipient of the Indianapolis Bar Association’s “Young Lawyer of the Year” award and currently serves on the Board of Directors of both Hall Render and the TriMedx Foundation.
