I managed all customer relations at Arrowhead Honda, focusing on 100% customer satisfaction. I also handled all of the philanthropic gestures for the dealership, organizing and delivering of supplies and monetary donations to Valley teachers and schools. I was responsible for our online content, as well as monitoring all social media and dealership reputation. As the face of Arrowhead Honda, I was also featured on numerous infomercials, commercials, and worked with radio personalities as well. Included in my position was the importance of being the Executive Assistant to the General Manager, attending most meetings, dealing with any legal disputes, Better Business Bureau complaints (100% success rate in responses), advertising and marketing collaborations. I upgraded our dealership to provide better concessions and comfort while in our waiting area, and was the point person for any festivity planning, including on-site customer appreciation events, radio on location contests and broadcasts, and the catering for our employees every Saturday of the month. This was a very multi-functioning, multi-tasking position, which I reveled in and enjoyed. I was generally responsible for the daily workings between customers in our service department as well as on our sales floor, all the way to the following up with the final sale and assuring complete customer satisfaction.
