Responsible for implementing and supervising the administrative policies and operations of the agency and for supervising the provision of all services to agency clients on a day to day basis, including but not limited to: Managing the daily operations of the agency, organizing and directing the agency's ongoing functions, ensuring implementation of agency policy and procedures; ensuring that the documentation of services is accurate and timely; employing or contracting qualified personnel, ensuring adequate staff education and evaluations, implementing an effective budget and accounting system that promotes the health and safety of the agency's clients; and supervising and evaluating client satisfaction survey reports on all clients served. Available to agency personnel at all times in person or by telephone. Participates in activities relevant to services furnished, including the development of qualifications and assignment of agency personnel.Ensures that the appropriate health care professional performs a reassessment of a client's needs; when there is a significant health status change, at the physician's request or after hospital discharge.Other duties as listed below under registered nurse/clinical case manager.

Admission, re-certification, transfer and resumption of care and discharge of patients including the OASIS assessment completion and coding. Daily home visits including skilled nursing observation and assessment, management and evaluation, teaching, wound care, IV infusion, diabetic care and teaching to a diverse group of patients. Supervision of LVN's and Home Health Aides. Review of all nurses' notes, admission assessments, OASIS assessments. Assess, plan, evaluate, and document total nursing process. Excellent prioritizing and organization skills, multitasking, computer skills, EMR documentation. Supervised care delivered by the LVN and HHA staff. Assisted in scheduling patients, staff and receiving referrals. ICD-10 coding and insurance authorization experience. Scheduling of field staff (including RNs, LVNs, and Home Health Aides)Assissted with implementation of new EHR. Policy and procedure review and revision.Assisting with quality improvement, safety and infection control program.Participates in activities relevant to services furnished, including the development of qualifications and assignment of agency personnel.Ensured that a client's plan of care or care plan is executed as written. Ensures that the appropriate health care professional performs a reassessment of a client's needs, when there is a significant health status change or at the physician's request, or after hospital discharge.

Staff nurse mother baby unit, Care of mothers and babies, Rotating charge nurse, supervising care given by all staff.

Head Nurse-Mother Baby unit, Care of mothers and babies, supervision of staff, clinical nurse coordinator, supervised all staff on unit, care given by all staff, maintained education records and credentials of staff, responsible for the schedule and also day to day assignments, responsible for time and leave and KRONOS date for four units (L&D, NICU, Postpartum and Nursery staff). Liason with physicians and staff. Rsponsible for annual evaluations of all staff memebers.
