Responsible for P&L and go-to-market strategy and execution across built-in ovens, cooktops, microwaves and hoods for Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Maytag and Amana brands, with a revenue >$500M. -Optimized product portfolio for lower complexity and higher sell through-Created sales channel strategy from shopper insights and promotional analysis

Led product development of cooktops across Whirlpool’s five built-in cooking brands. Redefined the product strategy and launched new lines across all segments, leading to a 42% increase in share and significant profitability gains.

Led ideation focused on global market, consumer, and technology trends for new feature embedment into major launches. The resulting industry-first innovations such as Load & Go™ Dispensing, FanFresh™ Option, and Steam Dryer drove an incremental +$200M revenue and remained hero features for Whirlpool laundry for over a decade.

Identified new laundry product solutions via a human-centered design approach in partnership withmarketing and design, resulting in the creation of a new business unit (Laundry 123) and function (Consumer Science).

Led cross-functional team to explore new products for the laundry process and drove consumer research, resulting in the creation of a new business unit (Laundry 123).
