The KULU Foundation aims to help those by partnering with underserved communities, such as community centers, religious entities, hospitals, orphanages, schools, and more! Within these partnerships, our goal is simple; to provide these communities with the resources to help face their biggest challenges. We aspire to normalize helping those who do not expect it, and we exist to spread love and to take the random out of random acts of kindness. You do not have to change the world to change someone's world!

Hamptons and Beach MagazineManaged multiple expectations in a fast pace environment. Coordinated and curated paid social media posts including sponsored content and influencer marketing outreach campaigns. Planned and executed social media content on Instagram. Assisted the Director of Brand Development with execution of strategic partnerships and client integration at events ranging in size from 25-350 attendees. Planned and executed the John Legend cover party in collaboration with LEV Wines, Lawrence Scott Events and other key accounts. Developed copy, coordinated photo selection and executed print and online post-event coverage. Acted as a liaison between clients and the creative department to coordinate production of adverbial pages and event collateral. Coordinated media relations with clients and philanthropic partners to secure and organize materials for coverage. Managed and mentored a team of five sales and marketing interns.

Hamptons MagazineDeveloped and lead time management program for team of interns. Assisted with social media postings and content, distribution and delivery of marketing materials and mailings. Gathered content for the “Invited” section of Hamptons Magazine to be printed and posted online. Supported the marketing team with daily administrative tasks, assisted with on-site execution of events: social media, photographer, check-in, setup and breakdown.

Built and maintained key client relationships. Exceeded company sales goals by focusing on customer acquisition and retention behaviors, while increasing brand awareness. Trained new employees and motivated all sales associates to exceed monthly sales goals. Assumed the role of Assistant Manager in their absence.

Ensured individualized customer experiences. Assisted in the training of new employees on company policies and procedures as well as manage all daily store operations. Assumed the role of Store Manager in their absence.

Full time position where I worked to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales goals. Proactive client outreach and selling ceremony focus to meet customer needs. Awarded top seller for May, June, July and August 2016. Assisted in the set up and opening of the East Hampton location.

Full time position where I assumed the role of Store Manager in their absence. Responsible for opening and closing procedures, supervised customer interactions as well as zoned employees based on the changing needs of the business.
