Ten (10) plus years experience in leading project-specific contract formation activities from sourcing, clarifications, evaluation, negotiation to award, and management of contracts through to closeout of contracts. Develop project-specific SCM execution plans including formulation of sourcing strategies, commercial strategies and contracting plan. Attest contractors’ invoices in compliance with established procedures and certify and approve the invoices. Manage contractor performance assessments with relevant project stakeholders and ensure completion of such assessments prior to contract close out. Apply change management process for contracts ensuring documentation is coordinated with the functional groups. Develop, manage and facilitate pulse check surveys with contractor. Well versed in SAP/Fieldglass/Ariba.

Assist Contract Advisors in managing contracts, attest invoices, attend meetings and record and distribute meeting minutes. Assist with contract change management processes. Close out contracts.
