As Director of Career Development and Campus Integration, I am a member of the Career Center's leadership team. I will oversee the Career Development team with a focus on building greater integration of the Career Center's work into academic and co-curricular programs across the university.

• Strategically grow SCU's Graduate Business Program’s employer base, in Silicon Valley and beyond; deepen existing recruiting relationships to effectively manage demand for employer engagement, and feature employer jobs through outreach to students and alumni.• Develop and maintain strong connections with prospective employers and alumni to engage with Graduate Business Program students to enhance outreach and advising capabilities.• Using benchmarking from peer or aspirational programs, and feedback from students, manage continuous improvements of online and in-person career and student engagement events.• Guide students on long and short term career strategy action plan development; engaging them in Graduate Business Career Management programming and services and tracking career readiness; ensuring consistent and comprehensive reporting on all advising activity.• Leverage industry and business experience to deliver information to students on career development and transition, job search tools (Handshake, Jobscan, & Vmock), employment market trends, empowering students to compete for employment opportunities.

• Provide one on one career coaching to students in our Graduate Business Programs focused on job search strategy, resume and LinkedIn review, behavioral interviewing techniques and salary negotiation.• Develop programs to help promote employment opportunities among the Graduate Business Program student population, such as employer information sessions, employer treks, and alumni panels.• Collaborate with the Sr. Director to produce and execute quarterly plan of workshops, seminars, panels, etc. to meet the needs of Graduate Business Program students and alumni. Collect feedback and evaluate programs, to continuously improve offerings.• Define, plan, and manage comprehensive career resources and platforms for Online Graduate Business Program students, as needed to support excellence in Graduate Business Career Management service delivery.• Consult with individual university recruiters on effective brand management, outreach and recruitment strategies.
