At the P&G Cincinnati MLB Youth Academy I've led in the system implementation of the MINDBODY membership tracking system allowing the company to better track participants from their first baseball experience and as they develop into lifelong Reds fans. In this role, I work to find better ways to connect children to the sport and encourage their participation in it as they grow with the Community Fund. I've connected with children ages 3-8 working with USA Baseball and Community Action Agency of Hamilton County to implement the Fun At Bat program. I oversee five locations and programs of the Reds Rookie Success League reaching over 2,200 kids ages 5-13 and 600 volunteers in Reds Country. I've also created an educational supplement to the Reds RBI (Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities) baseball and softball programs encouraging players to become more well-rounded, college-ready student athletes.

Focused on implementing the Blue Jackets educational offerings. In this role, I created the Blue Jackets School Assembly Program, reaching over 1,600 students at five schools in Pre-K through 5th grade and over 60 school personnel. I also increased the user reach of Book Jackets reading incentive program by 107% from 2199 students to 4568 students.With the Blue Jackets, I also worked with the CBJ Foundation to move from a manual 50/50 Raffle manual ticket selling process to Pointstreak 5050, an automated ticket selling system that helps increase sales while decreasing the number of volunteers needed. With this process, I increased ticket sales for the CBJ Foundation’s 50/50 Raffle program from $170,770 to generate $274,719 (over 60% increase) while working with 525 volunteers representing 24 various Central Ohio non-profits.

Hired for a three-month program and trained on making pitches and handling objections for group sales. Proud to be a member of the sales team that helped surpass the sellout record for any professional sports team at 815 consecutive sellouts, exceeding the Portland Trailblazers previous record of 814 consecutive sellouts.

Communicated and advertised special events and registration for Intramural Sports programs to students across campus. Then managed the registration process of all Intramural Sports at the beginning of each quarter.

Ensured eligibility of participants and confirmed that each participant has necessary forms filled out and has proper equipment on for the game.

Planned and executed the inaugural year of a Split the Pot fundraiser for the Community Fund which has grown to be the Fund's largest fundraiser. Generated over $327,000 through the implementation of Split the Pot at every home game for the Cincinnati Reds in that first year while working with over 200 volunteers throughout the season.

Utilized Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) System to conduct market research by telephone, targeting consumers in the United States and Canada. Documented sample dispositions using Sample Management System (SMS).
