Assist individuals with catastrophic injuries in identifying vocational pursuits through interviews, evaluation of eligibility and feasibility of vocational rehabilitation services. Conduct vocational testing, job development and return to work plans. Determine suitable job placement consistent with worker’s desires, aptitudes, and physical, mental, and emotional capabilities. Plan and arrange for worker to study or train for identified job. Assist worker with personal adjustment throughout rehabilitation program and in obtaining necessary medical and social services during training. Monitor return to work plan and recommend additional measures to ensure program meets defined needs. Provide life guidance services to individuals with a Mental Health disability, ADD and ADHD.

As lead therapist, supervise therapeutic intervention; work with trans- disciplinary team. Assist patient in transition to return to work through job coaching services, developing progressive goals and on site education to employer and co-workers.
