I work as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director to support with the management and running of the company. I am a dedicated individual with ability and skill to organise a wildly variable yet intensive pressure in workload. I carry out tasks which assist with the management of Avena such as assisting with the recruitment process to identify top talent, managing staff and reporting back to the MD. I organise his schedule, arranging meetings as required and manage the follow-up and regular reporting throughout the business to ensure we are meeting the company goals which we set out to achieve in the corporate strategic plan. A great team-player and a firm believer in training and coaching, I personally have undertaken further study and training in management techniques and disciplines. I am someone who sets and achieves goals, keeping myself and other members of the team who I closely work with accountable to tasks, ensuring that we are on track in the strategic business plan. My game is varied - no day is ever the same!
