Guiding public communications during major infrastructure projects that involve disruptive construction and require stakeholder support. ZINC has successfully managed communications for over $1.6 billion worth of major infrastructure projects ranging from airports, highways, commercial developments, hospitals, green-energy projects, sewer treatment plants, and downtown revitalization projects.

Responsible for managing both internal and external communications for the provincial aquaculture association, Colleen was responsible for issues management, content and material production, event coordination, media relations and more.
