Colleen has over 15 years of experience as a tax specialist with knowledge in compliance, planning, and consulting services for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, gift and estates, and owner-managed businesses and future generations. Colleen has spent her entire career at RSM and is an instructor at local and national tax conferences. She leads the Boston office Culture, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and is on multiple nonprofit boards.

After spending 11 years in the tax practice at RSM I have recently taken on a more important role. I now organize and oversee a smooth working environment that fosters passion, participation and innovative ideas for all employees to engage in. As the Culture, Diversity & Inclusion Leader of the Boston office I partner with our CDI leaders to educate our employees on our 11 Employee Network Groups. Raising awarness for our externally facing employees to educate their clients on our culture at RSM. As the Executive Director / President of the RSM Boston Foundation I listen to our 800 employees in the Boston office to support what they are passionate about in the Non-profit sector. We also pride ourselves on our partnership with our community in Charlestown. We are actively involved through time, talent and treasure our the organizations in our Backyard; J.F. Kennedy Center, Harvard Kent, Warren Prescott and Boys & Girls Club of Charlestown. As the Engagement and Culture leader I strive to engage all employees whether its their first day or have been with the organization for over 50 years!
