Oversaw marketing and brand communication strategy and execution for a continuing care retirement community. Managed relationships with marketing and branding agencies in order to create collateral and advertising campaigns. Communicated with discharge planners at local hospitals to coordinate the admission of referrals appropriate for residence in a short-term rehabilitation center. Managed the daily census of residents by balancing resident admissions, community admissions, transfers and discharges as well as processing all appropriate paperwork for Medicare, Medicaid and government regulations. Exceeded census goals by achieving 97 percent occupancy in the short-term rehabilitation center. Promoted from Marketing Admissions Assistant.
