• Conduct trend research, develop mood boards, color and material palettes• Assist with sketching 4 seasons/year + crashes• Coordinate communication with teams in China and Brazil as well as the buyer (Dillards)• Manage all proto, lot and confirmation specs (1,000+skus/year)• Contribute to detail sketches, corrections, shoe base• Lead special projects within big seasons (e.g., rainboot package)• Develop CADs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
