I specialize in helping people to manage and reduce the effects of stress and trauma, increase resilience and to feel at home in their bodies. Using Somatic Experiencing™ techniques, as well as yoga and movement therapy, I engage with clients where they are and help them to regulate their nervous systems and to create change-- whether that is a change in perspective, understanding or movement.
