About Colleen Gentemann

With a background in adventure sports photography, I transitioned into filmmaking in the outdoor space naturally. I have been running my video production business for over 15 years, where I can operate as a one woman show taking productions from concept development to filming to editing. Over the years I have built out a network of skilled professionals and really enjoy building teams around bigger projects and films. My current creative partner - writer/director/comedian Katie Burrell - and I created an award winning film last year and we are continuing to create together and collaborate on projects.The work I love to create the most is entertaining, thought provoking, engaging films. Whether it is documentary or narrative, I want to tell stories of what makes us human and reveal something about how we see ourselves and others.
