About Colleen Harris

Colleen Harris possesses expertise in training, risk management, policy, risk assessment, change management and 43 more skills. Colleagues describe her as "Colleen was Manager of Regional Training and Development at a time of change in the profile of the WorkCover NSW Inspectorate. Our image as I recall was "trade-based" and we became "Practitioners" and in my mind well respected in the industries / community. Professionals ultimately emanated from this change and the image has improved greatly. Colleen had support along the way of course and it was a bit like pulling teeth for some, but she had the energy and vision to achieve results. Thanks again Colleen. - Ianmac"
