Assisted small businesses and nonprofits with their social media needs, including developing strategic messaging and positioning plus helped them determine the right channels for their needs.

My area of focus is Internal/Employee Communications. I consult with members of management helping them develop and deliver effective communications/messages to employees. My work also includes spending time in the field telling and photographing employee and company stories in our employee newsletter.

I started as a clerk in Armour Dial's compensation & benefits dept. At the time, Armour Dial was part of the Greyhound Corp. Through various restructurings, I held Compensation Assistant/Associate positions in Armour & Company and Greyhound Corp. I was Supervisor of Compensation/HR Systems for Armour Food Co. at the time it was sold to ConAgra. I remained in that position for approximately a year until ConAgra move the Armour Food headquarters from Phoenix to Omaha.
