I got my first recruiting experience with Cincinnati Bell Technology Solutions. My primary responsibility was to format resumes, but I was eventually given the opportunity to do sourcing on various job posting websites, initial phone screens of qualified candidates, and references checks. I also did some management of their Facebook page, and performed research on the use of social media for technical recruiting. I learned a lot in this position and was surrounded by many talented recruiters and sales executives.
