• Requirements management: Work closely with the customer (Orbital) to track and verify the Operational Requirements for each mission are met and closed.• Draft and update procedures for these systems regarding processing, electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, checkout, and preparations for commercial launches.• Track system constraints through completion (non-conformances and configuration changes).• Assist in creating status presentations and readiness reviews for the Director of MARS to deliver to Orbital upon request and prior to launch. • Level II FCS Operator Certified – Provide console support for non-hazardous, hazardous and fill operations for the following systems: Liquid Nitrogen (LN2), Liquid Oxygen (LOLS), Rocket Propellant (RP-1), Gaseous Nitrogen (GN2), Gaseous Helium (GHe), Environmental Control (ECS) and Water Deluge (WDS).• Support in the system operations and maintenance of the LOX, LN2, GHe and GN2 systems for the WFF Liquid Fuel Facility (LFF) to prepare for Orbital’s Antares commercial launches.

• Supported in the system operations and maintenance of the Hydrogen Leak and Fire Detection Systems, Astronaut Emergency Egress System, and the Hypergolic Vapor Detection System to prepare for Space Shuttle launches.• Drafted and updated procedures for these systems regarding processing, electrical/mechanicaltroubleshooting, checkout, and preparations for Space Shuttle launches.• Gained extensive experience with transducers, catalytic and electrochemical sensors, flow controllers, and various test equipment.
