These toolsets increased visibility on project effort rates, utilization, billable/non-billable ratios through dashboarding and email notifications at key project budget milestones.I supported sales efforts through initial prospect meetings, discovery and scoping.I also managed the FileMaker Training Series program at ITS: I handled the schedule, curriculum, enrollment, compliance with FMI’s Trainer program, and taught the materials.I have run the Philadelphia FileMaker User Group on behalf of ITS since 2008.
