▣ CAREER STORYA Global Product Management Executive, business strategist, and transformation leader, I played a pivotal role in driving TeamMate from early stage product to > $100M annual revenue stream spanning 130+ countries.An audit SME at PwC in the early 2000s with clients seeking innovative audit and risk management solutions. Recognizing the possibility to tailor a product PwC was currently developing, I worked with developers to tailor and localize the solution to fit the needs of my Canadian clients. The tailored approach and regional services for software led to quick wins, new annual revenue streams, and subsequent global expansion into LATAM, APAC, and EMEA regions.Over the course of 2 decades, my teams scaled, evolved, and grew TeamMate into the industry-leading software suite it is today.In my current role, I am achieving the same transition for accounting software that enables CPA firms to transition to the cloud with an audit methodology and workpaper solution that scales to any size firm.
